Sugar-free raspberry freezer jam

Strawberry Jam using “Slicers” – Fresh Sliced & Sugared Strawberries ready to eat, freeze or make jam

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 c granulated measurable sweetener (I used Splenda)
  • 1 – 1.59 oz. pkg. pectin
    (I used Sure-Jell and could only find it in 1.75 oz.
  • 4C raspberries

Directions

Combine sweetener and pectin in large bowl, stir well until blended
Add crushed berries to dry mixture, stirring 3 minutes until
completely mixed.

Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes or so, put in freezer
