Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Jam using “Slicers” – Fresh Sliced & Sugared Strawberries ready to eat, freeze or make jam

Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt (could also use vanilla)
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
2 T. ground flax seed

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

This is great for a quick and healthy breakfast. It is quick to make and rich in vitamin C and protein.
