Strawberry Jam using “Slicers” – Fresh Sliced & Sugared Strawberries ready to eat, freeze or make jam
1 cup plain yogurt (could also use vanilla)1/2 cup orange juice3/4 cup frozen strawberries1 banana2 T. ground flax seed
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
This is great for a quick and healthy breakfast. It is quick to make and rich in vitamin C and protein.
