Strawberry Jam using “Slicers” – Fresh Sliced & Sugared Strawberries ready to eat, freeze or make jam
Ingredients
2 cups ripe red raspberries 4 cups sugar 1 pouch Certo 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
Crush raspberries. Measure 2 cups prepared fruit into large bowl. Stir in sugar. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally. Mix Certo and lemon juice, add to raspberries, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
