Pig Trough* Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberry Jam using “Slicers” – Fresh Sliced & Sugared Strawberries ready to eat, freeze or make jam

Ingredients:

1 pig trough serving dish
1 pig shortcake
1/4 cup milk chocolate
1 cup Biringer Farm sweet juicy strawberries
piles of whipped cream
top with 1 BIG strawberry

Directions

PUT IN A CLEAN TROUGH SERVING DISH:
1 pig shortcake sliced in half (reserve pig face for top)
pour strawberries over shortcake
top with pig face (or regular biscuit shortcake)
drizzle milk chocolate over pig for dirt effect
top with pile of whipped cream
place 1 GIANT strawberry on top of whipped cream
cut strawberry like a fan
Eat with hands behind back.

*Trough: a long shallow often V-shaped receptacle for the drinking water or feed of domestic animals
