Blueberry/Raspberry Autumn Jam

Strawberry Jam using “Slicers” – Fresh Sliced & Sugared Strawberries ready to eat, freeze or make jam

Ingredients

4 cups raspberries
4 cups blueberries
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
½ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
2 pouches Certo
6 cups sugar

Directions

Place berries in food processor.  Cook berries, sugar, lemon juice, zest, cinnamon and nutmeg.  Bring to a full boil stirring constantly.  Stir in Certo and boil for one minute.
